Stanford Kimmel III

Stanford Kimmel graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Magna Cum Laude (2005) where he served on the Law Review. Mr. Kimmel received his undergraduate degree from Towson University with a B.A. in Mass Communication, Cum Laude (2002). Mr. Kimmel is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Maryland (2005) as well as the United Stated District Court for the District of Maryland (2006). Mr. Kimmel has negotiated and litigated numerous construction defect disputes on behalf of community associations. He has negotiated multiple settlement agreements with developers and is very familiar with the laws and legal issues involved with representing community association in construction defect matters.
